Alpha Design Technologies Private Limited provides Adani Defence and Aerospace a strong Tier - I capability for building a base for graduating to platform capabilities.

Alpha Design Technologies Private Limited established in 2003 for the design, development and manufacture of defence electronics and avionics.

Key Business Areas - Defence Electronics, Avionics, Aero-structure Assemblies, Space and Satellite Systems, Simulators etc.

Key Customers - Global OEM's, DPSU's and Research Establishment [DRDO etc.] Indian Armed Forces, ISRO etc. Alpha Design Technologies Private Limited had consolidated turnover of Rs. 218 crore in 2017-18.

Shares of ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.138.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 415961 in over 2255 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 144.35 and intraday low of 137.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58185154.

Nifty stocks trade at a discount to respective 10-year average P/Es

Nifty50 rallied to a fresh record high of 11,856 in April but since then the momentum has fizzled out. The index is down about 3 percent from las month's high and it has also breached its crucial short-term moving averages at 5-days exponential moving average (EMA), 13, 20 and 50-days EMA in May. A large part of the fall can be attributed to selling seen in the largecap stocks and about 25 such companies, or 50 percent, of the Nifty50 constituents are trading below their respective 10-year PE averages. PE multiple, or price-to-earnings ratio, is a valuation metric which measures the current stock price relative to the company's earnings. It is also sometimes referred to as earnings multiple. As many as 25 companies in the Nifty50 basket are trading below their respective 10-year average earnings multiple.
